Integration Successful

The HELUKABEL Group is celebrating another milestone in its growth strategy. The integration of two of our subsidiaries, EKD Systems and Sangel Systemtechnik, has been successfully completed. These two subsidiaries have strengthened our portfolio since 2022 with their high-quality drag chains, cable assemblies, and industrial luminaires. Moving forward, both companies will operate under the name HELU Connectivity Solutions.

With this integration, we’re laying the groundwork for a prosperous future and further strengthening our position as a leading systems supplier for electrical connection technology. Our goal is to provide customers worldwide with custom solutions for all their electrical connection needs, from individual cables to installation-ready complete systems. To achieve this, we’re striving for a uniform appearance, clearly designated contacts, and simplified processes that reduce complexity and enable us to leverage synergies within the HELUKABEL Group.
