This intelligent chase light consists of individually controllable RGB LEDs. They can be installed inside or outside the machine and make it possible for operators to gauge operating parameters such as progress, fill level, or temperature at just a glance.
Thanks to its extensive configuration options, the HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS is extremely flexible when it comes to visualizing a number of processes. The colors, brightness, and running direction of this RGB chase light are freely configurable and can be adjusted according to each application. The settings can be permanently saved thanks to its memory function. This preserves the individual color coding and the optimal luminosity for different environments. The analog controls with 4-20 mA ensure compatibility with all common control systems (PLC) and makes integration into nearly all machines or systems a breeze.

This signal light can be installed on the machine's outer housing or inside the machine itself, and the connection is made using a common M8 plug. The wide input range (18–30 Volt) ensures reliable operation despite long supply cables and voltage drops. The range of applications includes displaying processing progress in cycle-based processes, fill-level displays on tanks, containers, or proportioning systems, and temperature and status displays for testing and production systems.
